No payment is taken here
This website cannot refund a card charge because it does not take one. If you have not received an invoice and you have not paid, there is nothing to refund. A form submission does not create a payment.
The contract controls
If you pay an invoice, the written contract states whether any fee is refundable, and in what window. A page on this website does not override that contract. If the contract is silent, ask us in writing before you assume a refund is available.
Third-party costs
Money you paid to a host, a domain registrar, a payment gateway or a VTU provider is not a Billsverse fee. We cannot refund those parties.

Email hello@billsverse.com with the invoice number and the contract date. We will reply with the contract position, not a promise made from this page.
