Reading the website does not give you the right to install, copy or resell Billsverse Nova. A licence exists only in a written agreement with Misnova Technologies Limited.
What a licence usually covers
A licence sets out the software, the environment, whether the fee is one-time or recurring, and the support window. It does not include your hosting, domain, gateway or VTU provider balance unless those lines are written in.
Your customers are yours
The licence does not make Billsverse the seller of airtime to your customers. You remain responsible for your retail service, your float and your customer support, except where the contract expressly says otherwise.
Typical restrictions
Unless the contract says otherwise, you may not resell the software itself as your own product, remove notices, or use a demo environment for live customer transactions. Demo sessions use sample data and expire.
